Special Eyes
is delighted to have Jennifer
Morcos, O.D. as its primary care optometrist. Dr. Morcos was raised in Northbrook, Illinois and attended
Regina Dominican High School in Wilmette. She
attended the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign
where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in
Biology. While at Illinois, Jennifer discovered
her interest in Optometry, which led her to
matriculate at The Illinois College of Optometry in
Chicago in 1997. It was here that Dr. Morcos spent
the next four years pursuing her doctorate in Optometry
and earned her membership in Beta Sigma Kappa, the
International Optometric Honor Society. Dr. Morcos
thoroughly enjoys the practice of primary care optometry
and is thrilled to have a practice in Arlington Heights.
Contact lens fitting is one area of Dr. Morcos'
interests. Her thorough eye exams include dilation
and ocular photography when needed. She loves her
patients and makes every effort to meet their eye care
needs. |

Special Eyes
is proud to have such an experience and
outstanding optician as Robyn Apple. Mrs. Apple
began as a receptionist for an optical company early in her
career. She was drawn into the field of optics by the
needs of the customers and the dedication of outstanding
doctors of optometry. With a natural knack for
understanding people's needs and a love of helping
people, Robyn advanced in the field becoming a manager and
then managing 15 stores in the Chicagoland area. A
further career move brought her to California where she was
responsible for the opening of optical superstores in the
state. Mrs. Apple's dream to have a store of her own
brought her back to the Chicago area, where she began
managing the Eye Boutique. Her expertise as an
optician was enhanced by her partnering with Dr. Morcos who
shared a similar dream. Owning a shop where customer
service and professional excellence became more than a dream
occurred in January 2005. Mrs. Apple and Dr.
Morcos' goal is to provide perfected sight to each
individual who walks through the doors of
Special Eyes. |
